Ever since about two years ago, when I was experiencing some health issues. I took it upon myself to help improve my diet to keep my immune system strong again. I thought to myself “I’m a college student, this will be much harder than I thought”.
A friend of mine showed me this extremely easy, 5- minute recipe that is so healthy and tasty!
All you need is:
strawberries (about 4-5, sliced)
1-2 slices of bread
goat cheese (I prefer crumbled, but it is up to you!)
1 TSP olive oil
black pepper to taste
Preparation!!
Quickly toast the bread to your desired doneness, and then take the crumbled goat cheese and carefully start spreading it (Note: the hotter the bread the more the cheese will melt into it! Yum!). Next, place the sliced strawberries on top of the goat cheese. Finish off by adding some olive oil and black pepper on top. So easy!
Recently, I also tried the ‘Everything but the Bagel” seasoning from Trader Joes on this, and it was delicious!
